1 employee, for the development of the ERP project and improvement of existing 1C modules

• Higher education (Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields);
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform;
• Deep knowledge and experience in modules such as accounting, warehouse, trade, payroll (УПП, ERP, Бухгалтерия, ЗУП, etc.);
• Ability to modify and rewrite 1C configurations;
• Understanding of database structures and ability to work with SQL queries (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, etc.);
• Ability to gather requirements, prepare technical specifications, and implement them;
• Experience integrating with REST and SOAP APIs;
• Team management and mentoring skills;
• Experience working with Git or other version control systems;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, knowledge of Russian and technical English is an advantage;
• Certificates (e.g., "1С:Professional", "1С:Specialist") are an advantage;

Responsibilities

• Support and improve existing 1C systems;
• Design, develop, and implement new modules;
• Prepare and implement technical specifications based on user requirements;
• Coordinate with various departments to identify needs;
• Integrate 1C systems with other software (e.g., CRM, banking systems, web services, etc.);
• Support during data migration and system updates;
• Mentor and provide technical support to junior developers;
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain system documentation.
