1 employee to support the team in social media and web content management

• Higher or secondary specialized education (Marketing, PR, Journalism, IT, or related fields);
• Ability to work with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.);
• Ability to make simple changes and upload content using WordPress or other CMS systems;
• Creative thinking and a sense of visual aesthetics;
• Proper writing and expression skills in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage;
• Ability to use simple design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, etc. is desirable;
• Ability to perform tasks on time and in a systematic manner;
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Responsibilities

• Updating content on websites of group companies and coordinating with the technical support team;
• Participating in the preparation of weekly/monthly content plans for social media accounts;
• Timely posting, scheduling content, and engaging with followers (DMs, comments, etc.);
• Creating simple designs (stories, post templates, etc.);
• Preparing simple reports on social media analytics and website traffic;
• Translating, editing, and optimizing content for SEO;
• Creating and sharing timely posts related to events, campaigns, and updates;
• Close collaboration with other marketing and design teams.
