Job Description
- Higher or secondary technical education (IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields);
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VLAN, etc.);
- Basic understanding of the following technologies:
- Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti equipment;
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Initial experience in network configuration and troubleshooting in operating systems;
- Ability to work with IT equipment (router, switch, modem, access point, etc.);
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems;
- Ability to work with technical documents and prepare reports;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, technical level of English is desirable;
- Possession of CCNA or similar international certificates is an advantage (but not required);
Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the local network within the company;
- Diagnose malfunctions and provide initial technical support;
- Connect new users to the network and perform configuration tasks;
- Monitor and manage network equipment; Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti equipment;
- Prepare technical documents and maintain records;
- Participate in other projects together with the IT team.
